We are able to offer drill-less fillings using our state of the art air abrasion machine which simply blows away the decay preserving healthy tooth tissue. The procedure is undertaken often without the need for local anaesthesia, without noise, smell, heat, water or vibration and allows the placement of cosmetic restorations rapidly and painlessly. Treatment times can be significantly shorter thanks to drill-less fillings at Castle Dental Care Wirral's advanced dental studio.
Where appropriate, anxiety management is possible at Castle Dental Care using conscious sedation techniques which places our patients in a relaxed state to accept treatment. This allows for successful dental treatment to be undertaken for patients who would otherwise find it difficult to attend the dentist.
